Rockwell Kent. Salamina. Harcourt, Brace, and Company. New York, 1935. First edition, signed and inscribed by Kent to his Secretary, Gertrude Pendleton, who has subsequently inscribed it "For Hayden". Pendleton's bookplate on free endsheet. No dust jacket. Kent's inscription is a bit tongue in cheek, to a person he clearly held in high esteem.
