Spine with raised bands forming six panels with gilt decorations. An early edition by the original publishers, issued over the course of four years. With all the original illustrations. Includes, besides the novels, the Christmas Stories gathered from Dickens' "Household Words", and "All The Year Round", and "The Life of Charles Dickens" by John Forester.
