Light to moderate wear, bumps, and chips to spine ends. Crackle to finish on covers. Bindings holding firm.

A very good set, with light rubbing at the high points. Corners with some light wear. Spines slightly sun faded. Contents fine.

In very good to near fine condition. Some rubbing to each volume, with some small loss to leather (peeling, as is often the case with sheep). Contents sound and bindings tight. Light to moderate foxing internally, most plates are fine. A truly nice set.

Light rubbing and a few scuffs to covers and edges. One small area of leather damage to bottom edge of rear cover (1"). Else a very tight and solid binding in lovely condition. Internally with light foxing. The wrappers are as usual, trimmed to fit with some loss to the top edge of some. Adverts have not been collated for completeness, and one page has a tear off the bottom corner.

Moderate scuffing and wear to bindings. Contents tight and sound.One spine top with slight loss.
