Modern firsts are in as new condition, Babbitt is VG with a G-VG dust jacket. All others in VG or better used condition.

The set is in overall VG+ condition. Slight wear and soiling to spine and covers, bumped corners. Front hinges just barely starting (slight split at top edge of Vol. 1). A few areas with color added where the leather has been scuffed. Very light foxing at beginnings and ends, plates are all excellent. Owners signature in pencil on front free end sheets L. E. Beaufort. A very nice set.
